Kiss1918 VIP Program — More Than Just Bonuses, This Is Real Appreciation
There's a big difference between a platform that hands out bonuses to everyone, and one that truly values its loyal users. At kiss1918, the VIP program is more than just percentages on paper — it's a genuine expression of gratitude to users who have consistently trusted and used our platform.
Many Malaysian users who have been with kiss1918 for a long time acknowledge that the VIP program is one of the main reasons they continue to choose this platform over other options in the market. Once recognized as a VIP member, your gaming experience changes completely — not just financially, but also in terms of the service quality and access you receive.
Why Is the kiss1918 VIP Program Different?
Many online platforms offer a "VIP program", but some are just a label with little substance behind it. kiss1918 built its VIP program with a different philosophy — each tier is designed to deliver real value to users who have earned it.
- Automatic level upgrade: No lengthy application process. Once you hit the cumulative deposit threshold, your level upgrades automatically.
- Progressively growing benefits: From Silver to Diamond, every tier upgrade brings significant and meaningful benefit increases.
- Personalized service: From Gold tier and above, you get a personal account manager who understands your needs and preferences.
- Ongoing rewards: The kiss1918 VIP Program isn't something you enjoy once or twice — it's a long-term relationship that keeps delivering value every month.
The Gold Member Experience — Stories from Malaysian Users
For a user from Johor Bahru who reached the Gold tier, the experience felt different from the start. "I noticed a change in how I was treated — there's someone I can contact directly if I run into any issues. The deposit bonus also shows up in my account every month without me having to ask," said a user who preferred to remain anonymous. This is exactly the kind of experience kiss1918 wants to deliver to every VIP member across Malaysia.
Cashback — Rewards Even Without a Win
One of the VIP features most valued by Malaysian users is the weekly cashback system. Unlike regular bonuses that come with specific requirements, VIP cashback is calculated based on your wagering activity over the week — meaning you still get a return even when the week hasn't gone your way. For Gold members, cashback starts at 3% and goes up to 8% for Diamond members — a figure that adds up to something significant over the long run.
VIP Member Data Security
As a VIP member, you entrust the platform with more of your information — and kiss1918 takes that responsibility seriously. All VIP member data is protected with SSL 256-bit encryption and handled in accordance with Privacy Policy us with strict standards. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent, and every transaction is processed through secure, integrated channels.
Mobile Access for VIP Members
As a kiss1918 VIP member, all your privileges are fully accessible via mobile device. Whether you're using kiss1918 App on Android or iOS, or access via your smartphone's web browser — your VIP dashboard, active bonuses, cashback details, and account manager contact are all at your fingertips.
Playing Responsibly as a VIP Member
Kiss1918 believes that a great VIP program is not just about offering more rewards — it is also about keeping gameplay healthy and responsible. VIP members have access to more advanced limit management features, including personal deposit limits, daily wagering limits, and the option to take a break from gaming. We encourage all VIP members to use these features as part of a smart and controlled play experience. For further guidance, visit the Responsible Gaming us.
